Topic 2: TeamworkQuestion: Do you like teamwork?Answer: Yeah, I enjoy working in a team and I enjoy also playing in a team. For example, when I"m playing football, it"s much more enjoyable to do a team sport because you feel like you"re in it together rather than playing an individual sport like tennis or squash or swimming or things like that. It"s very nice to have the feeling of camaraderie in a team. And when I"ve had jobs, it"s been very enjoyable to work closely with people. Of course, it depends who you"re working with. So I don"t like working with rude people or people that are very lazy. But I enjoy teamwork with good colleagues.Question: Have you teamed up with someone before?Answer: Yeah, of course. I"ve teamed up on projects in work and also to do things outside of work as well. But most of the time, if I"m teaming up with someone, it"s on something that I"m interested in. For example, it might be to organize an event. For example, me and my friends are going to go on a trip in a few weeks" time, actually, and it"s very exciting. But I"m working with one of my friends to organize all of the details. So we"ve teamed up to divide those different organizational responsibilities between us, and so far, it"s going pretty well.Question: What have you learned from working in a team?Answer: Well, I"ve learned a lot of things. I think one of the things is patience, because there"s a famous phrase which is, "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go with the team." And what that suggests is if you don"t have to rely on someone, you can do things very quickly, but you might get tired, you might burn out. Whereas if you work with people, the whole thing can be more sustainable; you can keep going and achieve things over time. So having that patience to wait for other people, to keep working together, to put up with other people, like maybe not having exactly the same idea as I have—that"s one of the things that I"ve learned from working in a team.Question: What do you dislike about teamwork?Answer: I think similar to, as I just said, it"s having to be patient sometimes. If you"re working with people who, for some reason, it"s not suitable to work with them—they"re not great teammates. They could be lazy, maybe they don"t have the knowledge, maybe they"re too busy with other things. But if, for whatever reason, they don"t have the time or the motivation to work as hard as I"m working, then I feel like I"m doing too much, I"m giving too much, and I"m not getting enough in return, so it"s unbalanced. So I don"t like that aspect of working in a team, but that"s mostly dependent on if you choose the right person or the wrong person to work with.编辑：Moon▼IDE英创教育
