Topic 8: LaughingQuestion: Do you enjoy watching interesting and funny movies?Answer: Yes, I do, of course. I think everybody enjoys comedy movies and things like that. I think it"s sometimes hard to find a good quality comedy movie because most of the comedy movies that get made nowadays are American movies, and my sense of humour is a little different from an American sense of humour. But there are many movies over the years that I"ve enjoyed. One in particular, in the 1990s，when I was growing up, was called "Liar Liar" with Jim Carrey, and that is an absolutely superb comedy movie. So yes, I do enjoy watching funny movies.Question: Are you a person who often makes others laugh?Answer: I sometimes can make other people laugh, not always on purpose, but I think the person I make laugh the most is myself because I enjoy my own jokes. Sometimes I"ll walk along and think of something funny in my head and start laughing. I"m sure people across the road look at me and say, "Who is that crazy person?" But I think that if you can"t make yourself laugh, then you definitely can"t make other people laugh.Question: Do you always laugh at funny things?Answer: That"s an interesting question. I definitely do sometimes laugh at funny things, but there can be moments when something is funny, but you don"t necessarily want to laugh. You might think about it instead if it"s quite a deep idea. And of course, there are other times when something very funny happens, but for some reason, you"re not allowed to laugh, like maybe you"re in school and the headmaster is talking, but then he falls over—it would be very dangerous to laugh because you might get in trouble. So I always laugh inside, but I don"t always laug outside when funny things happen.Question: When was the last time you laughed?Answer: I think it was just before I took this test, actually. I was watching an excellent TV show called "Veep," which is about a lady who becomes the vice president of America, and it"s a great comedy show, and that made me laugh a lot. So, yeah, I would say probably about half an hour ago was the last time I laughed.编辑：Moon▼IDE英创教育
