从 “心” 启航，守护成长 美高心理健康教育专题研讨活动

在教育的广袤天地里，学生的心理健康如同基石，支撑着他们全面发展的大厦。为进一步筑牢这一基石，提升我校心理健康教育工作水平，强化班主任队伍的心理专业素养，新学期伊始，我校分别于 2 月 24 日（初中部）和 25 日（小学部），成功举办了心理健康教育专题研讨活动，全体班主任齐聚一堂，共赴这场关乎心灵成长的研讨盛宴。In the vast realm of education, the mental health of students is like a cornerstone, supporting the edifice of their holistic development. To further consolidate this cornerstone and enhance the level of mental health education in our school, as well as to strengthen the psychological expertise of our headteacher teams, at the beginning of the new semester, our school successfully held a special seminar on mental health education on February 24th (for the junior high school department) and 25th (for the primary school department). 本次研讨活动由德育校长罗敦砚亲自主持。罗校长在开场便着重强调，学校始终将心理健康教育置于重要位置，它与德育相辅相成，共同构筑起学校教育的核心框架，是衡量学校育人水平的关键指标。这不仅要求我们紧抓学生的文化素养提升，更要用心雕琢学生的品德修养，塑造他们健全而坚韧的人格。罗校长还特别指出，明晰本次研讨的意义，明确各自的岗位职责，是确保研讨活动取得实效的关键。要切实保障学生心理健康咨询的及时性，让每一个心灵困惑都能得到及时回应。同时，借助全员导师制的推行，为学生编织起一张全方位、无死角的关爱网络，让他们在成长的每一步都能感受到温暖与支持。This seminar was personally hosted by Vice Principal Luo Donyan. At the beginning of the seminar, Principal Luo emphasized that the school has always placed mental health education in a significant position. It complements moral education and together, they form the core framework of the school"s educational mission. It is a key indicator of the school"s educational level. This not only requires us to focus on improving students" cultural literacy but also to carefully cultivate their moral character and shape a sound and resilient personality.Principal Luo also pointed out that clarifying the significance of this seminar and defining everyone"s job responsibilities are crucial to ensuring its effectiveness. It is essential to ensure the timeliness of students" mental health counseling so that every psychological confusion can be promptly addressed. Meanwhile, by implementing the mentorship system for all staff, a comprehensive and seamless care network is woven for students, allowing them to feel warmth and support at every step of their growth.

LWS专业培训赋能，“心” 知识

在热烈的氛围中，心理健康老师曾晓夏带来了一场干货满满的专题培训。培训过程中，曾老师巧妙地将理论知识与生动案例相结合，深入浅出地讲解心理健康教育的要点与技巧。她与班主任们积极互动，抛出一个个实际工作中可能遇到的心理问题，引导大家共同探讨解决方案。现场思维碰撞激烈，老师们纷纷踊跃发言，分享自己的见解与经验，在交流中深化了对心理健康教育的理解。In the lively atmosphere, mental health teacher Zeng Xiaxia delivered a highly informative and practical training session. During the training, Teacher Zeng skillfully combined theoretical knowledge with vivid case studies, explaining the key points and techniques of mental health education in a clear and accessible manner. She actively engaged with the headteachers, posing a series of psychological issues that might be encountered in their daily work and guiding everyone to explore solutions together. The session was filled with intense intellectual exchanges, with teachers actively sharing their insights and experiences, thereby deepening their understanding of mental health education through the exchange.LWS优秀案例分享，“心” 经验

实践出真知，来自班主任队伍的马林慧老师和徐娟老师，分别走上讲台，分享了她们在心理健康教育工作中的成功案例。马老师讲述了如何通过细致入微的观察，发现班级中一位性格内向学生的心理困扰，并通过耐心的沟通与引导，帮助他重新找回自信，融入集体。Practice is the mother of wisdom. Teachers Ma Linhui and Xu Juan, both from the headteacher team, took to the podium to share their successful case studies in mental health education. Teacher Ma recounted how, through meticulous observation, she identified the psychological distress of an introverted student in her class. Through patient communication and guidance, she helped him regain his confidence and integrate back into the group.

徐老师则分享了面对学生间的冲突矛盾时，运用心理疏导方法，化解学生心结，促进学生和谐相处的宝贵经验。这些真实而生动的案例，为其他班主任在今后的工作中提供了可借鉴的思路与方法，让大家受益匪浅。Teacher Xu shared her valuable experience in resolving conflicts and promoting harmony among students by using psychological counseling methods. These real and vivid case studies provided other headteachers with practical ideas and methods that they can apply in their future work, greatly benefiting everyone involved.LWS结语
