Face-to-face conversations, on the other hand, allow for better emotional connection, as people can see each other’s facial expressions and body language.Furthermore, modern technology can make people spend less time interacting with each other in person. Many individuals prefer to talk to their friends or family members online instead of meeting face-to-face. This can weaken the quality of relationships, as personal meetings help strengthen bonds and allow people to share real experiences. For example, even though someone might talk to their friends every day on social media, the lack of physical presence can make them feel lonely or disconnected over time.On the other hand, some may argue that modern communication technology helps people stay in touch, especially when they live far apart. For example, family members or friends living in different countries can easily stay connected through video calls or social media. While this is true, the convenience of technology does not replace the importance of in-person interaction, which is essential for building stronger relationships.In conclusion, although modern communication technology has some benefits, I believe it has more negative effects on social relationships.
