I hope you will take a moment to review and reflect on the experiences of March. Over the past month, you have gained knowledge and grown, but you have also encountered challenges and confusion. However, no matter what, these experiences are valuable assets. As we welcome April, let us continue to embark on our study tour to Guangzhou with a passion for learning and a spirit of continuous exploration. Today, I would like to share and emphasize three important learner qualities that constitute our learning community—timely reflection, resilience, and curiosity.Firstly, let us begin our field trip with empathy and critical thinking. In learning and communication, listening always precedes speaking. Before sharing your own views, please strive to understand diverse perspectives and persist in listening to others. This will not only broaden our horizons but also help us build deeper connections in our interactions. At the same time, I hope that if you encounter problems and difficulties in practical courses, you can apply the "3C Principles"—maintaining Composure, effective Communication, and seeking Consultation from teachers and mentors.
