The remarkable advantages of the Party leadership and the socialist system should be given full play and the people"s motivation, initiative and creativity should be fully inspired. It is also imperative to keep moving forward until the goal is met as far as urban planning and implementation is concerned, and efforts should be accelerated to promote digital transformation in urban areas.
