Part 1: 

今天来说一说part1 的discussion这话题，基本上教学的时候发现很多同学对这题十分懵逼，甚至不知道怎么来回答what do you usually talk about这题。其实关键就是抽象变具象的铁则。给出具体的讨论事项，自己其中的小点即可。比如说上高中的时候，劳技课老师teacher from handcrafting course喜欢把我们分成小组separated us into small groups and asked us to brainstorm about a specific handwork，like, the design, the function, the texture, etc. 说一下具体讨论啥，就可以啦。给不给细节有没有讲清楚哟~

Part 2: 

这季度有一个比较难的题目，描述一个有领导能力的朋友。这道题其实已经在题库里很久了，汪老师记得约十年前人生中第一次考雅思就是这道题，暴露年龄了哈哈。这题的关键就是，怎么突出“领导能力”，简而言之就是把事儿说得清楚，又说得令人信服。

如果只说她“assign different tasks to us”那么未免太过概括。这种时候就要用到“降级”法，给出具体细节。比如说，她assigned different tasks based on the strong suits of each member, for instance, for a people person like me, she asked me to prepare for presentation, while for some introverts in the group, she allocate them to do a bunch of paper work like taking key points from literatures an so on...

针对不同性格特点的人有不同的任务，一下子就突出了“领导能力leadership”啦
