关于“居家办公”的雅思写作语料，还不赶快码起来！

曾经何时，SOHO(Small Office, Home Office)生活是一种向往。大家都知道，最近不少城市疫情反复，受此影响，很多企业再次开启了居家办公模式。

居家办公的优点和缺点都挺明显，对个人来讲最直接的优点就是：自由支配的时间多了，自身处于半自由职业状态，时间可自由安排，满满的提升工作幸福感。

另一方面对公司而言缺点，就是人员管理这块了，因为互相监督不到，就难免会有人力不可控的现象，除非大家都是高度自律的优秀人才。

总之，居家办公考虑“成员个体”的因素比较多，同时也是对企业管理以及成员整体素质的一种考验。

原题：

These days it is often possible for workers from some industries to do their job from home. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages for society and the individual?

题型：report/non opinion essay

解题思路：可以清楚的看到考官用了四段式回答这类型的大作文，即除了开头与结尾，各用一个主体段来回应题目中的两个问题。

通篇只有276个字，可见考官并不需要大家把文章写得太长，逐项满足评分标准才是关键。

另外题目中的利与弊都用了复数的形式来提问，所以在回答该题时一定要给出至少2个好处及坏处才可以。

雅思考官的满分范文如下：

It has become quite popular to work from home these days. While there are a couple of drawbacks to this innovation, the benefits outweigh them by far, for both the employee and the community. 

Individuals who work from home are keen to improve their work-life balance. Tasks can be completed at night, when the office is closed, allowing involvement in daytime activities such as attending a school concert, or volunteering to assist in the school canteen. In addition to the joy this brings their children, parents who are actively involved at school can offer enthusiasm and encouragement to the staff and other parents, benefitting the community immeasurably. Others who work from home may be looking after someone disabled or elderly, and find that the convenience of fitting work around carer duties allows for a smoother transition between daily tasks. 

Of course, there may be disadvantages to working from home. For example, some people may feel depressed and out-of-touch with colleagues, and perhaps believe that their career aspirations are on hold. These disadvantages, however, need not be so detrimental today, when advanced communication technology allows people to easily connect with others via screen conferencing. In addition to aiding socialization, scheduled webinars for this working community could promote their involvement in career-enhancing activities.

In conclusion, the advantages of working from home are significant and include a successful balance of employment with a convenient involvement in family activities, benefitting both individuals and the community. Negative factors, such as the possibility of social isolation and career stagnation, need not be an issue today as they can be negated by careful planning and the use of technology.

02 remote working

虽然居家办公也是在远程完成工作，但如果疫情好转后，大家依然需要回到办公场所。

而远程办公与居家办公的概念稍有不同，比如有的员工不在公司总部，而是在外地分公司或办事处工作，这时就可以用它的专有名词，即'remote working'来表达。

例句：

Wasn't there a risk in introducing remote working?

03 work at home

我们再看看一开始提到的'work at home'，它的准确含义应该是在家办公，但多数指的是自由职业者，也就是说你的原本工作场所就是在家里，从未发生过改变。

As a work at home mom, I can adjust my hours to accommodate most of my child's needs. 

作为一名在家工作的妈妈，我可以调整自己的时间，来满足孩子的大多数需求。
