Why?Every industry needs competition. For example, competition is great for business because it forces businesses to be resourceful, and motivate them to make innovative breakthrough. Also, competition among companies create benefits for customers like lower prices, higher quality goods and services, greater variety and so on. 4. Do you think it is necessary to encourage people to compete with others in companies? 4. l think there are both benefits and drawbacks. On one hand, such competition can motivate employees make them put in more effort, and achieve excellent results. But on the other hand, anxiety and excitement are very common emotional responses to a competition, which can lead to dissatisfaction and complaints among employees, and this may hinder the development of the company  编辑：Moon▼IDE英创教育
