今天一早，中央气象台发布重要提醒：今年第8号台风“竹节草”（Typhoon Co-May）已于7月30日凌晨4点半在浙江舟山朱家尖岛登陆。16时40分前后，台风“竹节草”在上海市奉贤区沿海再次登陆，中心附近*大风力有9级（23米/秒），中心*低气压978百帕。受台风影响，江浙沪等地从今天早上8点到明天早上8点，将出现大暴雨、局地特大暴雨，大风、积水、断电、停课可能也一个不落。

台风“竹节草”的最新消息Typhoon Co-May, the eighth typhoon of the year, made landfall along the coast of Zhujiajian Island in Zhoushan, East China"s Zhejiang Province on early Wednesday morning. 今年第8号台风“竹节草”已于周三清晨在中国东部浙江省舟山朱家尖岛沿海登陆。Classified as a tropical storm, the typhoon has already brought strong winds and heavy rainfall to parts of eastern China, according to media reports. 据媒体报道，该台风被归类为热带风暴级，目前已给华东部分地区带来强风和强降雨。

According to the National Meteorological Center, between 8 am Wednesday and 8 am Thursday, some areas in southeastern Jiangsu, central and northern Shanghai, and northern Zhejiang are expected  to experience heavy to extremely heavy rainfall, with localized downpours reaching 250 to 320 millimeters. 据国家气象中心消息，从周三上午8点到周四上午8点，江苏东南部、上海中北部以及浙江北部等地将出现大到特大暴雨，局部地区降雨量可达250至320毫米。Additionally, winds of 5 to 7 on the Beaufort scale, with gusts of 8 to 9, are expected in southeastern Jiangsu, northeastern Zhejiang, and Shanghai. Areas near the typhoon"s center or along its path may experience gale-force winds of 9 to 10, with gusts reaching 11 to 12.此外，江苏东南部、浙江东北部和上海将出现5至7级偏强风力，阵风可达8至9级；而靠近台风中心或其行进路径附近的地区，风力可能达到9至10级大风，阵风可达11至12级，防范形势严峻。台风对江浙沪地区的影响Authorities in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province have issued an emergency advisory urging residents to avoid going outdoors unless absolutely necessary, according to local authority. 江苏省苏州市政府发布紧急提醒，呼吁市民非必要不外出。Besides, all 70 water passenger transport routes in Zhoushan have been suspended as a safety precaution, and multiple tourist attractions have been closed, according to media reports. 据媒体报道，浙江舟山已暂停全部70条水上客运航线，多处景区也已关闭以防事故发生。Emergency response teams remain on high alert as the storm continues to move inland, bringing the risk of further flooding and transportation delays.由于台风正持续向内陆推进，暴雨带来的洪水和交通延误风险加剧，应急部门仍保持高度戒备状态。

In Shanghai, the Shanghai Metro has no current plans to suspend operations and will continue running as normal. However, due to the impact of the typhoon, all ferry services within the city have been suspended, local media the Paper reported. 在上海，地铁系统暂无停运计划，仍照常运行，而据当地媒体《澎湃新闻》报道，市区所有轮渡已全部停航。Due to the rainstorm"s impact, major transportation hubs are experiencing disruptions.
