Topic: A Foreign Country You"d Like to VisitPart 2 (Cue Card): Describe a foreign country you would like to visit in the future.You should say:- What it is- What you know about it- Who you would go there with- And explain why you would like to visitWell, I think the country that I"d like to visit most of all that I"ve never visited before is Japan. So I used to live in China and I always planned to take that fairly short flight over to Japan and I just never did it. For some reason, I never got around to visiting Japan and I really regret it because now I live back in the UK and flying to Japan is much more difficult. It would be at least a, I think, 11 or 12 hour flight.So it"s something that I regret having, like, missed out on before. But I definitely want to do that in the future. So I"d like to go to Japan because I think it"s a really interesting culture. It"s something that is quite different from the UK and it has amazing food. I love, for example, the cinema, the films. I"ve seen a film called Spirited Away, which is one of the most incredible films I"ve ever seen. So I"d like to do things like that.And also it has amazing nature. So I"d like to go and maybe not climb Mount Fuji, but at least have a look at it, take a look at a beautiful mountain like that. So I think I"d like to go there probably either with my wife, and she really wants to visit Japan as well, or, and if not just her, then maybe a group of friends.And the ideal thing would be to actually visit someone that we knew in Japan as well so that they were able to give us inside information, perhaps show us around. I think the best trips that I"ve ever been on have been when we"ve known a local person who can show us the inside track, the local sites and the interesting things to do that tourists don"t necessarily always see.But yes, at the very least, I"d like to go with my wife.
